My puppy was very wild

My puppy was very wild and had a mind of his own leaving it hard for me to do any tasks without him jumping all over the place! Brittany kept him for her basic obedience board and train and our lives have forever been changed! She loves these dogs like no other and has a talent for training and it shows in her results!

Brittany did an amazing job

Brittany did an amazing job with her training because she treated my dogs like her own during their stay. We went over needs, wants and expectations and she delivered on everything she said she would. She gave us the proper tools and training to know what to do when we took our dogs home. We were routinely updated with progress videos (my boys asked daily if we got new dog video updates!) that we’re helpful for us to watch to be able to know how to transition when we brought them home. Somehow I ended up with

Somehow I ended up with 2 five month old puppies who had virtually no training AT ALL!! I was recovering from surgery and things were going very slowly, if at all. Brittany was a godsend, she took my 2 girls from unruly pups to well behaved young ladies in just a few short weeks. I have known Brittany for many years from barrel racing with my daughter. I watched her with her horses. She was always so chill and she just had a way with them. A communication line, I guess you’d say. Not everyone has that. I was so excited when she started dog training. She speaks the language. Every dog is not the same and she gets that. This is hard to even

This is hard to even start. Words can not express the amount of gratitude I have for Brittany and her program!! She is extremely well knowledged when it comes to these dogs, hard working, and loves and adores our Fur Babies just as much as we do! I am very picky when it comes Mabel, I fell across her accidentally and sent her a text, within 5 minutes she had called me. We talked on the phone for over an hour and she made me feel comfortable with sending my dog. So comfortable that I didn’t discuss it with anyone I booked Mabel’s session over the phone with her and knew she was going to be great. I was exactly right!!!!! Mabel went in to Brittany as a head strung, crazy, shy Australian Shepard. She came out a well behaved, good listening, great all around dog. I could never walk Mabel off leash without her pulling me around, and for sure could never bring her in a store without her acting crazy, I was embarrassed… Now I bring Mabel everywhere I go, she walks right by my side, and can hold a down stay on command at any point I need her to. Before Brittany Mabel would dash out the door and would take us 2 hours to get her back, she was so quick and would not listen to us, which is extremely dangerous. Now Mabel has such a good recall that I can finally trust her to play out in the yard. I promise if you are thinking about training your dog, Brittany is the ONLY person I would ever trust. During the whole process you get updates constantly to where you don’t even know they are away, and after you take your dog home she is just a phone call away if there is any questions. I know deep down in my heart this is not her job, this is her PASSION and she puts her heart into every dog she meets. I could not have done this without Brittany, and let me tell you I enjoy my puppy now, she is my whole life, I can’t wait to be around her and take her everywhere with me, I show her off to everyone because I am so proud of her accomplishments. But I am even more proud of Brittany, this would never be possible. We love 2bk9, and every dog we ever own will go there! You have a forever supporter from us! Thank you for everything!!!!!

We sent our super shy,

We sent our super shy, high strung, bird chasing, running out the door, food taking, spoiled toy Aussie to 2BK9 and it was by far the best thing we ever did for our dog and for us. Dropping her off I was super nervous but Brittany assured us it was going to be fine and our Mabel is in good hands and said if anything happened she’d call us immediately and inform us even if it’s something minor. Nothing bad happened and we got updates almost every day, we couldn’t believe the progress she was making with our crazy dog in less than a month. Our sweet Mabel is now better than ever and has calmed down so much. We can recall her when she’s chasing birds or squirrels or runs out of the door. We can place her in a down and she will lay there for what feels like forever but it allows us to get things done. Every dog we will get in the future will go see Brittany without question!!!!!! Me and my husband rescued our first Belgian Malinois and he was tragically hit by a vehicle so my husband just two short weeks later had to have another Mal. We then added Owen to our family. Needless to say Owen was way more rambunctious then the first rescue we had. That’s when we discovered Owen needed someone to train him that is knowledgeable about his breed. My co-worker recommended 2BK9. From the first phone conversation with the owner Brittney I knew I had found the right place for Owen. Brittney demonstrated nothing short of professionalism, compassion and more knowledge than anyone I know about canines when my husband and I took our first tour. Throughout Owen’s training she continuously was in contact with me and my husband about Owens progress. She works very thoroughly with her dogs in training and takes care of them just like her own. We brought our dog Walter

We brought our dog Walter to Brittany at 6 months old. He was starting to not listen to us, would never go for a walk, would not come to us when we called him, even with a promise of a small treat he would only come if it suited him. It was becoming difficult, and draining on our relationship- no bonding at all. After we dropped him off, we missed the little guy so. Brittany kept us posted of his progress immediately, and continued to do so throughout his 4 week stay. What happiness her successful videos and messages brought us! We picked him up yesterday – we will always be so grateful of her talent and her success in turning Walter around!

WELL WORTH IT!! We chose Brittany simply from her integrity on being timely and accountable for her communication and what to expect for her services. We set up dates and times to send our dog and she was well organized/prepared. She sent pictures/ videos of both playtime and clips to help us reinforce training. She even sent a detailed word document of the commands and troubleshooting at our request. It is apparent her professionalism shows through the training, our dog now is amazing with a household of distractions (young kids, sport events, friends, other dogs) as he stays downs in command and walks on and off leash glued to your leg. Its very nice to have your dog on recall and not have to worry about open doors, squirrels, on leash poops and unauthorized eating of backyard sticks, mushrooms, onion grass etc. This is by far the best decision for our family and the dog as we are both happier together and he cannot wait to do training sessions for fun. If you are contemplating this training, get on the schedule as fast as you can because you won’t regret it. We do not have a negative thing to say about this experience. I still speak with Brittany to fine tune my training and she sends me videos back to help train better as a “green handler”. This investment spans a lifetime of happiness for the dog and owner!

Brittany did an awesome job with our heeler puppy! My daughter was diagnosed with cancer rite after we got him & we knew we wouldn’t have the time to put into him at the most important time of his life so I called Brittany and she took him for us and did an awesome job with him! Brittany trained my sweet puppy

Brittany trained my sweet puppy Sadie when she was only 3 months old. Sadie was fresh she didn’t know a thing besides sit. She was very hyper and horrible on a leash. She didn’t listen to a word I said. I knew I had to do something while Sadie was still young. Brittany turned Sadie into a great dog. She was easy to walk, she listened to commands, and was great on a leash. I can’t thank Brittney enough for giving me a great dog. If you know much about our lives you know Bailey has a best friend named Piper who is her EVERYTHING 🖤
Piper became a VERY anxious, territorial, scary (to be honest) American Bully. We got to the point of having to keep Piper in a custom made wooden & rebar kennel (which she chewed through & even broke teeth) when we would have company. Bailey could not have friends over, we had fears of Piper hurting other animals, she had once before. Our home, our lives were chaos. I wasn’t sure where to turn but I knew something had to be done. I was out of options & exhausted from Piper proofing our lives. At our home, Piper had never been off leash, she could not be trusted with our neighbors or friends & especially not with any other animal. I was told Brittany Bell would change my life. I was told she was my hope! She had 1 opening left when I called her & I prayed & prayed that this would work out! As much as I tried to stay positive I would be lying if I told you I wasn’t skeptical. Dropping Piper off with Brittany & her husband Derek I prayed & was a mess of anxiety just knowing that Piper would lunge at them & attack.

1 month later, our lives have forever changed. Our home is happy, Piper is happy! Piper has no anxiety, we have no anxiety. Piper is off leash running & playing in our yard with her very best friend Gypsy, our heeler (whom she would never give a chance before). Piper listens off leash & stays right by our sides. When she is put in a down stay I feel certain she would not move an inch if a filet mignon was placed a foot from her. Piper sleeps with Bailey at night, no chewing or tearing up anything! She is quiet in her kennel. She still is territorial over her home with strangers, which we are VERY thankful for, but listens & respects her down stay when Bailey calls her off! Y’all I wasn’t sure that the inevitable would not happen with Piper. When I tell you that 2BK9 will change your world, I’m being 100% honest. I urge you to reach out to Brittany if you’re having ANY issue with your k9. No matter the age, no matter the issue! You CAN live a VERY HAPPY life with your dog & your dog can live a happy life with you! While Piper was away we not once worried about her care or condition, adores Brittany & Derek & they truly love her too! Their facility is top notch! The only thing I would change from our experience is I honestly wish we would have found 2BK9 sooner! We have a happy dog, we are a happy family! Thankful is such an understatement.

2BK9 is the BEST training your dog (and you) can get! Brittany is AMAZING. She truly loves what she does & it’s evident in the end result. The dogs are happy to be with her and train, which speaks volumes of her connection and passion for what she does. If you’re questioning the investment – don’t. Just remember – training doesn’t end when you pick up your dog, the owner/family has to continue to work with the dog at home to reinforce what Brittany has taught. I rescued a dog from

I rescued a dog from the pound and sent her to Brittany after only 3 weeks of having her. My life consists of horses all day, every day and I needed to be sure she formed good behavior and a positive attitude toward them before creating bad habits. Brittany went above and beyond to make Suede felt loved, at home, and confident which she needed after being tossed around, probably her whole life. She made sure she was around her farm and horses as much as possible to lay strong groundwork for her new “life’s work”. I was kept up to date on Suede’s journey, both positive achievements as well as any challenges that were presenting themselves at the time, with videos, pictures, and phone calls. I’ve had Suede at home a week now and I have an incredible partner after a month at 2BK9. She is strong in obedience, responds to only voice commands for correction, is confident, and is great around my horses! I took her to her first barrel race this past weekend and she held a long down stay several times amidst the distractions of a hectic environment. I let her walk around freely in a field because I knew her recall was on point. She has spent her whole days with me riding and caring for horses and has been an asset and enjoyable to have around. If you truly want a happier life with your dog, send them to Brittany.

Brittany was recommended to me

Brittany was recommended to me as a trainer for my Dutch shepherd puppy. I have had many dogs and they knew some basic commands but I had never sent a dog to board and train before. I was hesitant to send my dog to a stranger for 4 weeks and wondered if it would be worth the expense. After speaking to Brittany on the phone I felt very comfortable that I had found the right person to train my dog. That was confirmed when I dropped him off for training. She sent pictures and videos throughout the 4 weeks and I could see exactly how he was progressing. When I picked him up at the end of training she worked with me to make sure I knew how to use all the commands with him. I now have a well trained 8 month old puppy both on and off leash. It is fun to work with him and it makes it so much easier every day when you know your dog will listen. I was referred to 2BK9 after our beloved, previously docile German Shepherd dog, developed “stranger danger” and began barking, growling and lunging at neighbors walking past our home. We were terrified to even let him outdoors for fear it would progress to the next level. We needed to act quickly to find a solution to remedy his behavior. After a phone consultation with Brittany, she determined he was exhibiting fear based aggression due to lack of confidence and she knew exactly how to help him! After being attacked by 2

After being attacked by 2 separate dogs in the past year Luna (my 1 yr old Cane Corso) had become quite aggressive towards other dogs. I was advised I should muzzle her by the vet and I did. What I found was that she looked so different that other dogs would go after her because they were unsure of her looks with the muzzle one. I hated doing this because it made her vulnerable and unable to protect herself when she was attacked the second time. I decided to take her for professional training with Brittany Bell at 2BK9. Hands down the best decision I could’ve made!!!!!

Luna has done fabulously so far on our trip. I picked her up from training just 2 days prior to leaving. She had a great week at the IFYR and is loving life here at NHSFR getting to run and play without the muzzle. She has enjoyed everyone from Team VA loving on her and just getting to be a normal dog. If you are on the fence about training, here is your sign to “call Brittany”. Our 6 month old puppy was a HIGHLY driven lab and she was able channel that energy into a love for learning.

Brittany’s passion for training and love for animals is evident. I love that her program is it is not “one size fits all”. Each dog is meticulously examined to determine the exact training level/method required to successfully meet (and beat) the desired goals.

We received pictures and videos almost every day to see his progress and curb the anxieties of missing our dog. I also appreciated that she took the time to teach and inform us, at graduation, on proper techniques and commands. Everyone (mainly me, in my case) are now on the same page when we got home to continue building on the foundation of skills taught. To be honest, my dog is basically training me at the moment.

I thought my grand-dog was

I thought my grand-dog was untrainable.
The day I dropped him off I could not even walk him on a lease. GSP are so very hyper.
She performed miracles with Duke. He is a new dog. She loves her work and treats the dogs as if they were her own. It was so nice not to have to worry about his care while he was there. She is just amazing. I also can’t say enough about the facility is like no other I have ever seen.
We brought Duke down from Virginia rather than using a place up here after seeing the great job she did with a friends dog.

Ms Brittany and Mr Derick

Ms Brittany and Mr Derick were absolutely Great. They had my Mocha a 5 month old Dutch Shepard / Malinois mix. They worked so hard day-in and day-out with with Mocha and me as I had a crash course in handling her and what to expect with this breed. Now she is listening to commands and doing wonderful with training 15 minutes twice a day. I learned so much from them as I had to fly from Texas to pick her up and rent a car to drive back as Ms Brittany recommended not to fly with her because of her age and it would benefit me and Mocha to give us more time to bond. It was so great driving back with her, great advice.
I would 100% recommend 2BK9 ( Ms Brittany and Mr Derek) they are spectacular and will answer any questions and are a phone call / text away. Best investment I have ever made. Thank you to both of you!

Ouiser loves her babies! We

Ouiser loves her babies! We have taken her almost everywhere since picking her up from Brittany’s and she has been a dream! So thankful we decided to send her to 2BK9 for training!

We took sweet Kobi to

We took sweet Kobi to 2BK9 because he was to big to control. He would pull us down when trying to walk him. He was so full of playful energy he wasn’t fun to be around.
Today we have a new dog. He is still full of energy and happy, but he is such a joy to be around. He goes with us everywhere without worry. We can walk past other dogs, go into crowds and stop and let kids pet him. We have so much fun with him now. Our 43 pound seven year old can take him out without any trouble. She can put him in a down stay while swinging and he stays right by her.
Besides the fact that we have a new dog…
The facility was amazingly clean, the atmosphere was inviting. Kobi loved his time there. They aren’t just trainers now, they are family. This husband and wife team are far more than trainers. They love animals and people. They share their passion and testimonies with us. Christ truly is the center of their lives and business and it shows. We were and continue to be blessed from our experience there.
I will forever more save money for the training, BEFORE, I buy the dog! That’s how important it is to me. We can’t thank them enough!

We had our two Rhodesian

We had our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks trained at 2BK9, by Brittany Bell, and could not be more pleased with the results! We have a 4 yr old male and a 2 yr old female. We were able to visit in advance of the training to see the facilities. 2BK9 is on the owners large property with a fenced training area and a modern, clean kennel. We were impressed with what we saw and signed our pups up immediately.

Brittany cared for our dogs so well and sent pictures and video during their 4 week training. We were so impressed with the results, even within the first couple of weeks. We have had our dogs home for a full month and we are blown away with the results. Our male had become reactive to certain dogs and people, making it difficult to take him on walks. This is no longer a problem and he is doing amazing now. Both dogs are now a joy to walk, to take out in public, and at home.

The communication with Brittany has been amazing both during the training and after. She has been super responsive to questions we have had since returning home and is always willing to help.

Both of our dogs had been trained previously but what Brittany accomplished with them is far and above what any trainer had done in the past.

Brittany did a fantastic job

Brittany did a fantastic job helping our dog Ginny through the 4 week training process. She communicated with us multiple times throughout the time Ginny was with her, and sent pictures/videos to help us see her progress! Ginny was happy, healthy, and loved on during her time at 2BK9. She was initially a very anxious puppy, but Brittany took her in and calmed both her (and our) nerves. She provided client training at the end of 4 weeks to teach us how to continue what Ginny has learned at home. We are very pleased with what Brittany has taught Ginny during their time together, and look forward to continuing that momentum at home!

We adopted a rescue dog,

We adopted a rescue dog, but I knew by going that route we likely wouldn’t know the dog’s history or breed, and I wanted to make sure we had one my kids could handle and who would be their new best friend. We found a dog who had just the personality we were looking for at a local shelter. He was happy and friendly, but he was handful. Trying to walk him on a leash was more like flying a 50lb kite in a windstorm. He had no manners and was too much for me to handle, much less my kids.
With the first update text, Brittany nailed his personality and problems. As the month progressed, and we got updates, I could tell this was 100% the right decision and the right place for him to be. He seemed to be having fun at “camp” and learning so much. When we picked him up, the progress was amazing. He had learned his basic commands and was so much better behaved. He finally had some manners, my kids were able to handle him, and his fun-loving, goofy personality was completely intact.
We had some work done our house soon after we got him, and they were back for follow-up a few days after he returned from training. They commented on how much better behaved and calm he was, they said he was like a different dog and I agree! If you are on the fence about scheduling the training, do it! You will not regret it. We are so happy we made the decision to send Bandit to the basic obedience board and train, and so excited to live a better life with our dog!

I have a red heeler

I have a red heeler named Fancy that went to Brittany and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Before she went I had almost given up on Fancy and really thought I was going to have to rehome her, she was aggressive to our other female dog and I had zero control of her. She now gets along with all our other dogs and is a joy to have around. I joke all the time that she is the only thing in my house that minds me! I’m so appreciative of Brittany and the time, patience and love she pours into these dogs to make them happy well adjusted pets. Best decision I made for Fancy!

Brittany did an amazing job

Brittany did an amazing job with my dog Gus. Gus was very hardheaded & stubborn with a mind of his own. We enrolled him in her obedience training program and he was a totally different dog when we picked him up at the end of the 4 weeks. I am truly amazed at what she taught him in that short time. Our miniature goldendoodle Ruby loves it here! We boarded her and they treated her like family. We also left Ruby here for their training program. She learned so much while she was there! We first heard about Brittany from our friends who had two dogs trained at 2BK9. Then I attended her Open house/Customer Appreciation event. I was sold on Brittany from that day ! However, we adopted Sophie from a local humane society when she was six, now she’s 8 years old, almost 9. My first question to Brittany – is there an age limit, can you work with her. Brittany said no age limit, and was very encouraging and so we signed up! Sophie is a Hound mix, her nose is smelling either on the ground or in the air. Every distraction is …well..a distraction! Brittany considers all characteristics and the personality of the trainee. She texted us with progress videos, and I couldn’t believe the positive change in Sophie. She weighs only 35 lbs. but you let a deer or squirrel get her attention, and she could bring me down in a heartbeat. Now, I have her under control even with the deer and other critters around. Brittany trains the owner, also, which is just as important to keep the dog in tune. Just this week I was doubting some of the things I have been doing so my husband videoed me and Sophie, we sent it to Brittany and she called me with corrections, corrections for me! Sophie is a spry 9 year old and hopefully has many more years to go. I am so thankful for the compassion Brittany brings to the training, she loves each dog as her own, and our Sophie is a better dog for going through her basic obedience course.

Our dogs, Bo & Snowbelle,

Our dogs, Bo & Snowbelle, attended Brittany’s 4 week board and train in January 2024. Prior to their training, neither dog had leash manners, followed any commands and basically dictated our daily life due to their individual struggles prior to their rescues. Bo suffered from food insecurity, dog aggression and overall lack of manners. He demanded attention at all times and when he didn’t receive it, he would do something mischievous to get it.
Snowbelle has been treated like an absolute princess since we adopted her from a local rescue. She lacked leash manners, obedience and patience. Everything was on her timeline.
Since attending board and train, we feel in control of our lives again. We finally have two dogs that obey commands, walk well on leashes, go out in public without trying to attack other dogs and thrive on routine.
Our family is so appreciative of Brittany and Derek. They put their heart and soul into training dogs and it absolutely shows. There were videos, photos and frequent check ins during our pets stay. There was literature provided on the process, what to expect after and how to ensure the dogs training lasts. I cannot recommend this program enough. We are forever indebted to this amazing husband/wife team.

We brought Sage our 10

We brought Sage our 10 month old lab pup to 2BK9 for the basic obedience training. Sage is the second dog I’ve had off leash obedience trained, the first by their competition, 12 years ago…. The trainer did an excellent job with Samson but the happy pup I gave them was turned into a robot, a totally different dog. His spirit was gone. Sadly, Samson passed on and we bought Sage from the same breeder. I wanted something different with Sage. So I decided to give 2BK9 a go to see if they’re different. And the difference between the two companies is night and day.

The Kennels are immaculately clean. No smell of dirty dog or of urine. I knew my pup wasn’t going to be exposed to anything gross in here. I can’t wait to go on vacation because my dog will definitely board here. I don’t need to worry about her well being.
THey also have an outdoor kennel that is clean and has more room than the indoor kennel.

The training area is huge, lots of room for the dogs to run and play. The area is well secured so no one can run away. I’d assume it’s about an acre of land set aside for this purpose.

When I dropped off Sage she was apprehensive as you’d expect but the trainers had her out of her shell in no time. They sent me videos of my happy dog. I received many videos of progress throughout the stay. Every one I could tell my dog was happy healthy and loved. When I picked her up, even though she was happy to see me, she loved on the trainers; you can tell they loved her.

Now that she’s home with me, she’s the same goofy dog I dropped off but she listens. I can take her anywhere without worrying about being pulled down or her choking herself. It’s not all perfect- We’re still trying to work out a few things with my communication but that’s my fault not the dog or the trainer. The best thing is Brittany will answer all my stupid questions. She critiques my videos to tell me what I’m doing correctly or incorrectly and what to work on. I cannot recommend this place enough. Awesome job.

I can’t speak highly enough

I can’t speak highly enough about Brittany and her training program. She has now trained two of my Dobermans and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She loves them like her own and makes sure to keep you updated throughout the 4 week training with pictures and videos. The best part is even after training is complete, she continues to help in any way possible whether it’s phone calls/videos/texts with questions, or returning to her facility for a quick session to address any issues. You’re never left on your own to figure things out with your dog. You definitely “live a happier life with your dog” and have a lifelong friend with Brittany!

I first heard about 2BK9

I first heard about 2BK9 and Brittany through my breeder. As a long-time owner of Corgis, I know the breed can be somewhat stubborn. This little sassy girl took sassy to a new level. She had practically no leash manners and very food aggressive, but was super smart so I knew with proper training she could be a great dog. Wiley was the first Corgi Brittany has trained and she worked hard on her sassy attitude, food guarding and made leash walking a pleasure. She tailors the training to each individual dog, and at the end of of the month you bring home a more behaved and confident family member. I highly recommend her training program, well worth the investment.
